Nail Evolution Pro (The Nail Evolution) is a DBA of TRI Creative Ventures LLC, located at 301 NE Birch St, Camas, WA 98607. By calling us or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Services

Nail Evolution Pro provides nail salon services and nail education. Appointments are booked online through our booking page. When you call us, our AI virtual receptionist can answer questions and, at your request, send you a text message with information such as a booking link, our address, or a link to our classes.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By verbally agreeing during a phone call, or by verbally asking us to text you information, you consent to receive an SMS text message from Nail Evolution Pro at the phone number you are calling from.

  • Program description: We send you a one-time text containing the specific information you requested during your call (for example, a booking link or our address).
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is limited to the information you request. We do not send recurring or marketing text messages.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@nailevolutionpro.com or (360) 322-1898, for assistance.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive no further text messages from us.
  • Carrier: Our text messages are delivered via Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is obtained verbally during a phone call and is not a condition of any purchase. You may decline to receive texts and still use all of our services. Customers are not added to any recurring or marketing list.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
