About the Founder
My professional journey in the nail industry has been shaped by dedication, consistent work, and continuous learning from the very beginning.
I started in the industry not with glamour, but with grit – building foundational skills in a fast-paced, high-volume salon environment where speed, consistency, and discipline were essential.
Over the years, I invested in structured education across Russia, deepening my technical knowledge and expanding my expertise through intensive training programs. I trained in manicure, pedicure, Japanese techniques, educator programs, and advanced design – each stage adding depth, structure, and clarity to my work.
This commitment gradually led to opportunities to teach, to travel abroad for advanced educator training, and to work on international stages, including collaborations with public figures and backstage at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Moscow.
Along the way, I participated in international championships, continued training with global educators, and eventually formalized my role through rigorous licensing – completing a 500-hour professional program and passing both State Board exams to become a licensed nail instructor.
This journey was not built overnight. It developed through years of focused work, respect for standards, and a belief that true professionalism is formed through depth and consistency. Today, I bring this experience into my education programs, mentoring professionals who value precision, discipline, and long-term growth.

🎓 Licensed Apprenticeship Program
Real clients. Real training. Real prep for your license.
This journey continues – not because it needs to be proven, but because this is the work I know deeply and do best.
Today, my focus is on education, mentorship, and the development of OSNOVA Education – an educational project created to support Russian-speaking nail professionals through clear structure, professional standards, and meaningful guidance. Alongside this work, I also support Russian-speaking students as an interpreter at the school where I completed my instructor training, helping bridge language gaps within a professional learning environment.
Through training, mentorship, and long-term support, I continue to build what matters most: strong professionals and a culture of precision, discipline, and respect for the craft.
